The problems we get called about
Service started strong, then slipped
The first two months were fine. Now nobody owns the account, complaints go nowhere, and the standard you agreed to has quietly changed.
Too many vendors for one building
One company for janitorial, another for floors, another for windows. Four invoices, four points of contact, and no one accountable for the building as a whole.
Something needs attention now
A spill, a failed inspection, a tenant walkthrough tomorrow morning. You need somebody who picks up and shows up, not a ticket in a queue.
Services
Give us the one thing that is causing you trouble. If we handle it well, the conversation about the rest of the building takes care of itself.
Commercial floor care
Stripping, waxing, burnishing, and hard-surface restoration.
Carpet and upholstery care
Deep extraction, spot treatment, and traffic-lane recovery.
Window cleaning
Interior and exterior glass, storefronts, and entryways.
Pressure and soft washing
Sidewalks, dumpster pads, dock areas, and building exteriors.
High dusting
Overhead structure, vents, fixtures, and ceiling-height surfaces.
Post-construction cleanup
Final clean after buildouts, renovations, and tenant turnover.
Specialty cleaning projects
One-time cleans, event prep, and problems that don't fit a category.
Day porter services
On-site coverage for lobbies, restrooms, and spills during business hours.
Recurring janitorial
Nightly and scheduled cleaning on a written scope. Where most of our relationships end up.
Not seeing what you need? Our capabilities expand as we grow, and a facility problem outside this list is still worth a phone call. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you who is.
Facilities we understand
Every property type carries its own rules, hours, and inspection standards. These are the ones we know how to scope, staff, and inspect.
Manufacturing, Warehousing & Logistics
Manufacturing plants, distribution centers, warehouses, production areas, offices, break rooms, and restrooms.
Medical and dental
Exam rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and high-touch environments.
Office and professional
Multi-tenant buildings, suites, and corporate headquarters.
Retail and property management
Storefronts, common areas, and multi-property portfolios.
The account does not drift
Most facility contracts start strong and slide by month three. Ours are built so the standard is written down, checked, and owned by someone with a name.
- A written scope before we start
- You approve exactly what gets done and how often. Changes get re-priced by the line, not by renegotiating the contract.
- Standards defined in advance
- What "clean" means is agreed up front and documented, so nobody is arguing about expectations six months in.
- Inspections you actually see
- We inspect the work on a set schedule and send you the report, including anything corrected on the spot.
- One accountable point of contact
- Requests, problems, and schedule changes go to a named person who answers — not a dispatch line or a corporate office in another state.
The company is new. The experience isn't.
Joey Coleman brings more than 20 years of sales, operations, and leadership experience, including extensive work managing commercial facility services across manufacturing plants, warehouses and logistics operations, healthcare and medical environments, K-12 and higher education, offices, hospitality venues, churches, and large commercial properties.
What he learned across those years is that most service failures are not about capability. They happen when nobody owns the account. Expectations were never documented, inspections get inconsistent, communication turns reactive, and eventually the customer ends up managing the service provider instead of the other way around.
CCS was built to prevent that. Joey is personally involved in every account: the first walkthrough, the scope of work, selecting the right crew, setting expectations, reviewing performance, and answering when something needs attention. The company will grow. That part will not change.
