Privacy Policy

Coleman Commercial Services LLC ("CCS", "we") operates this website. This policy explains what we collect through it, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
If you submit the assessment request form, we collect what you type into it:
- Your name
- Your company
- Your email address
- Your direct phone number
- The facility address or city, if you choose to give one
- The service you are asking about, if you choose to pick one
- Whatever you write in the message field
Alongside that submission we also record the page you submitted from, your browser's user-agent string, and any campaign tags in the link you arrived through. That tells us which of our own pages and ads are actually working.
If you do not submit the form, we do not collect any of this.
Why we collect it
To prepare and discuss a facility assessment for you, and for nothing else. We use your contact details to reply, to schedule a walkthrough, and to send you a written scope and price.
We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, and a copy of each submission is emailed to us so we can respond. We keep submissions for as long as we are in contact with you about the work, and afterwards as a record of the quote.
Spam prevention
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors apart from automated submissions. Turnstile checks the request in your browser; it does not track you across websites and does not build an advertising profile of you. If your browser has JavaScript turned off, the form still works — we use simple submission checks instead.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no cookies. If website analytics are enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. That is why you are not seeing a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Asking us to delete your information
Email joey@colemancommercialservices.com or call (717) 790-5523 and ask. Tell us the email address or phone number you used so we can find the right record. We will delete it and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
You can also ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, the same way.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
